These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Stack'd Reviews LLC ("Stack'd Reviews," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services
Stack'd Reviews provides reputation management services designed to help local businesses generate and manage online reviews. Services include automated review request campaigns, customer outreach via email and/or SMS, review monitoring, and access to a client dashboard through our white-label platform.

2. No Contracts — Month-to-Month Only
Stack'd Reviews does not require long-term contracts of any kind. All subscriptions are month-to-month. You are never locked in and may cancel at any time, subject to the cancellation notice requirements described in Section 4 below.
No contracts. No commitments. You subscribe month-to-month and can cancel at any time with proper notice. We earn your business every month.
3. Billing & Payment
By subscribing to Stack'd Reviews, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on file according to the following schedule:
- Billing date: Payment is automatically collected on the first business day of each calendar month.
- Service period: Each payment covers service for the following calendar month (e.g., payment collected on the first business day of April covers service for the month of April).
- Payment method: You must maintain a valid payment method on file at all times. Stack'd Reviews uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Your financial details are never stored directly by Stack'd Reviews.
- Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you via email. Access to your account may be suspended until payment is resolved. Stack'd Reviews reserves the right to terminate service after repeated failed payment attempts.
- Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' written notice via email before any changes to subscription pricing take effect.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the following month's service, your cancellation notice must be received no later than 15 calendar days before the end of the current month.
Example: If you wish to cancel before the April billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation notice no later than March 16th (15 days before March 31st). Notices received after that date will take effect at the end of the following month.
To cancel, email us at hello@stackdreviews.com with "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. Cancellations are not considered received until confirmed in writing by Stack'd Reviews.
Upon cancellation, your access to the client dashboard and all active campaigns will remain available through the end of the paid service period.
No refunds are issued for partial months or unused service within an already-paid billing period.
5. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information and a valid customer contact list for use in review request campaigns.
- Ensure that all customer contacts submitted to Stack'd Reviews have a prior business relationship with you and have not opted out of communications.
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding email and SMS outreach, including the CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA.
- Not use our services to solicit fake, incentivized, or otherwise policy-violating reviews on any platform.
6. Review Platform Compliance
Stack'd Reviews operates in compliance with Google's review policies and the guidelines of all major review platforms. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, star ratings, or outcomes. Review generation depends on customer response rates, which are outside our control.
We do not create, fabricate, or post reviews on your behalf. All reviews generated through our campaigns are submitted independently by real customers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Stack'd Reviews provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of our services, including any guarantee of increased review volume, improved ratings, or business outcomes.
In no event shall Stack'd Reviews LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Stack'd Reviews in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Termination by Stack'd Reviews
Stack'd Reviews reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you are found to be in violation of these Terms, using our services for unlawful purposes, or engaging in any activity that damages the reputation or operations of Stack'd Reviews. In such cases, you will be notified via email and any unused prepaid service may be refunded at our discretion.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Minnesota.
