• Google Business Profile information connected via OAuth authorization
• Customer contact lists (names, email addresses, and/or phone numbers) submitted for review request campaigns

From website visitors:

• Basic analytics data such as page views, referral sources, and device type (collected via standard analytics tools)
• Information you voluntarily submit through contact forms or email

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver and manage your review request campaigns
• Process subscription payments and send billing communications
• Communicate with you about your account, service updates, or support requests

4. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of trusted third-party tools to operate our service:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your billing data.
• ReviewGrower — our white-label review management platform. Customer outreach is processed through their infrastructure.
• Google — OAuth connection to your Google Business Profile. Google's privacy policy governs that connection.

We do not share your data with any third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver our services.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes. Upon written request following account cancellation, we will delete your personal data and your customers' contact data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
