How Stack'd Reviews works, what it costs, and how we keep the process compliant.

How do I get started?
Sign up online at app.stackdreviews.com/signup. It takes about three minutes: enter your business and website, confirm your logo and colors, choose a password, and add a card. Your review page and branded emails are ready the moment you finish.
What does it cost?
$99 a month, billed by card through Stripe. There is no setup fee and no contract. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
Is this against review platform policies?
No. Asking real customers for a review is allowed by Google, Facebook, and the other platforms. What is not allowed is "review gating" — showing the public review link only to happy customers. Stack'd Reviews never does that: every customer sees the same page with the same public review options, we never offer incentives, and we never filter who gets asked.
What if a customer had a bad experience?
Every customer sees the same review options, plus a private feedback choice that goes straight to you and is never published. The moment a customer rates you below your chosen threshold, you get an email so you can reach out personally — often before they decide to post anything. That keeps the process honest and compliant while still giving you a chance to make things right.
Who do the emails come from?
Your business. Each request is sent as "Your Business Name" from your own address at stackdreviews.com, and when a customer replies, it lands in your inbox. Your logo and colors are on every message.
How do I get customer info into the system?
In your dashboard, go to Contacts and paste a list or upload a spreadsheet (CSV). Then click "Enroll all new" and the review requests go out automatically, with a friendly follow-up a few days later. Nothing sends until you click.
Which review sites are supported?
Google, Facebook, Yelp, and TripAdvisor. You add the links during signup (we find your Google listing for you) and can switch any of them on or off later. Yelp is off by default because Yelp discourages businesses from asking for reviews.
Do I need any technical skills?
None. Everything is set up from your website during signup. You get a simple dashboard to add customers and watch reviews come in, and we're an email away if you need anything.
What about customers who don't want emails?
Every message has a one-click unsubscribe link, and opt-outs are honored automatically. Your unsubscribe list is specific to your business, so it never affects anyone else.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Settings in your dashboard and choose Manage billing to cancel. No cancellation fees, no notice period. Every review you've collected stays on your listings permanently.
