Is this against review platform policies?
Requesting reviews from real customers is fully within the guidelines of Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other major review platforms. We never offer incentives or filter which reviews get posted — we simply make it easy for customers to share their experience. Our process is 100% compliant.
What if a customer had a bad experience?
Our system uses a soft filter — customers who indicate a poor experience are prompted to share feedback directly with you before being directed to post their review. This lets you address issues privately while keeping the process fully honest and compliant.
How do I get customer info into the system?
You can either email us your customer information directly, or upload it yourself through your Stack'd Reviews client profile. Whichever works best for you.
Do I need any technical skills?
None. We handle all setup and configuration. You get a clean dashboard to track results, but everything runs in the background without any work on your end.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees, ever. We're month-to-month only. To avoid being billed for the following month, just send a cancellation notice at least 15 calendar days before the end of the current month. Every review you've collected stays on your listing permanently.
How long does setup take?
Most clients are up and running within a few days of signing up. We handle the technical side — all you need to do is connect your review profiles and confirm your branding preferences.
